USAGE TERMS

• By opening your RipRoom and attempting your first command, your refund eligibility is immediately voided. There are very few exceptions to this policy.
• Attempting to charge back your purchase will result in a permanent ban from all vrcdatapacks servers/services with no exceptions. Any chargeback attempts may also be reported to Stripe and/or SellAuth for malicious activity.
• Leaking private information intended only for premium users will result in a permanent ban from all services. This includes, but is not limited to, accounts used for the instance sniper and any non-public information shared exclusively within the premium community
• You may not take requests from other users to rip avatars on their behalf. If someone requests a rip, direct them to the main server instead. You are free to post your findings online as long as you are not selling them.
• Inviting unauthorized/nonpaying users to the Premium server is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in a ban for both you and the invited user.
• Botting or scraping of any kind is not allowed. This includes automated sniping, ripping, or scraping of Cachey. A warning may be issued for a first offense, but repeated violations will result in a permanent ban.
• Sharing your Discord account with others for access to this service is strictly prohibited. Access is granted on a trust-based system and is intended for individual use only.
• If I decide (or am forced) to cease development (for an extended period or forever), you as the customer are not promised any sort of compensation or refund. On purchase, you should always be aware of the phrase "not everything lasts forever". By all means this does NOT mean I will "exit scam" or leave the project unexpectedly. I plan to continue working on this service for years more.
