Q1: Is this all safe? Will I be banned for uploading the recovered avatar? A: Yes. Recovering avatars is safe and will likely always be safe. You may be at risk if you attempt to HOTSWAP multiple avatars very quickly in a single day, but ripping and fixing an avatar is very nearly impossible to be banned for. Q2: Is any of my information logged? A: Your user ID is logged to keep track of how many daily recovers you've had, then trashed after 24 hours. Q3: Monthly payments? Pricing? A: Any product or service I will ever offer will strictly only be a one time purchase. I am very against scummy recurring models and will never ever go that way. Most information about premium is available in the premium info channel. Q4: Why not use a tool like sars or ARC bot instead? A: I have always offered some sort of free version of my products. The bot has a very lenient free plan, and premium is cheaper than alternative options and offers a vast amount of features that competitors do not. Q5: What's up with the server name? A: Vrcdatapacks was created very late 2023 when I started messing around with dataswaps, which are now patched. I figured the name was iconic so I kept it. Q6: I have more specific questions, could I get some help? A: You can always DM me (nxvrc) or other admins and they will likely have an answer for you. Q7: Who has been involved in the development of the bot? A: It has only and will only ever be me (nxvrc). If someone else is claiming that they have worked on or own the bot, they’re likely trying to scam you. No one else has ever seen or touched any of the source code or inner workings for the current or old bot. Q8: What transferred from the old server? A: Blacklist data, strike data, and any role higher than Trusted Member. Q9: Who here is considered admins or support? A: Anyone with the Admin or Moderator role is considered admin. Higher roles may have elevated permissions but are not considered administrators, as they do not have permission to enforce bans, kicks, mutes, or other dangerous actions. Ticket support exists to help with issues inside tickets related to retrieving avatars or worlds. Q10: What is Premium LITE? How does it differ from Premium? Do Premium LITE users get a discount for the full Premium package? A: Premium LITE is a lightweight version of Premium with big benefits for a small cost. Premium LITE does not have its own server like Premium. Premium LITE users can receive a discount for the full Premium package by DMing nxvrc with purchase proof. This may be automated in the future. Q11: What do you mean by "we" or "us" when talking about Vrcdatapacks? A: When I say "we" or "us" I commonly am referring to ticket support and admins. This does not mean they know absolutely everything in depth, as the only one who has seen and worked on any of the bots source code is me (nxvrc).
