Refunds will 9/10 times be absolutely prohibited. Everything you possibly need to know is available on the SellAuth page itself, or the Discord. It is ABSOLUTELY your fault if you bought without reading. You won't be offered a refund if you already have attempted to use the bots.

The only circumstance in which a refund may be considered is if you have not used any commands from the Premium Bot or Instance Sniper, and have not downloaded any content from Cachey while your premium license was active.
